Kaha the Kea Illustrator Bruce Potter

Bruce Potter came to Waiuku Primary School today to share his illustrations and songs.  He sang us the song from his new book 'Kaha the Kea'.  We all had to make noises like laughing Kea.

He showed us some drawings from a book he's working on called 'Doodlebug' and sang us a Doodlebug song.

He asked us for some ideas of what to draw.  Grayson said "A cow with a human face!".  He drew a fantastic doodle for us that will be put in the school library.
